| 8 | What are non-geographic and premium-rated numbers? They are numbers that do not specify the physical location of the number being called. For example, if you were calling an 0121 or 0161 number you would know you were calling numbers based in the Birmingham or Manchester area.

| 9 | How do Green Mobile keep their rates so low? Green Mobile buy bulk usage from several major carriers, including BT Wholesale. We use the most advanced technology available to route calls through the system allowing us to obtain the best rates from those companies at all times. Our level of efficiency and low overheads contribute to the maintenance of our rates. Green Mobile's rates are generally stable, and although can change, usually this would be a reduction.
